TABLE OF CONTENTS

If your withdrawal transaction has failed and the assets are currently held by APS, you can request a refund by following the steps below.

Check Your Email

You will receive an email notification with the subject "Payment Failed".

This email includes a secure link to initiate your refund request.

Click the link provided in the email. You will be redirected to the APS Portal.

Verify Your Email

To continue, you will be prompted to verify your email address using a One-Time Password (OTP).

Enter the OTP sent to your email to access your account.

View Transaction Details

Once logged in, you’ll see the failed transaction along with further instructions.

Click the "Request Refund" button to proceed.

Submit Wallet Address and Confirm

After entering your wallet address and confirming, the refund will be processed.

When prompted, you must enter the wallet address where the assets should be returned.
Please double-check the address.
If the wallet address is incorrect or incompatible with the asset type, the assets may be lost permanently, and APS cannot recover them.

Only enter a wallet address you control and that is compatible with the specific asset.

Blockchain Confirmation

Once the refund transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, the assets will appear in the wallet you specified.
