Making a withdrawal with APS is quick and straightforward. Follow these steps to complete your transaction securely:

Initiate the Withdrawal

From your preferred wallet, select APS as the vendor to process your withdrawal.

Enter the desired withdrawal amount and carefully review the transaction details.

The minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary based on the chosen payment method and currency. 
At this stage, no payment will be processed.

Verify your APS account by confirming your email address.

Submit Your Withdrawal

Based on the withdrawal method selected, you may need to provide additional details (e.g., bank card information or postal address).

Ensure all required fields are completed and accurate before proceeding.

Withdrawals can only be made to your account. Funds cannot be sent to third parties.
Double-check your entries for accuracy to avoid delays.

Confirm your Withdrawal

You will be redirected to your wallet to finalize the withdrawal.

If the redirection does not occur automatically, you may return to your wallet manually.

Confirm your Withdrawal in the Beans App

After initiating a withdrawal from your BeansApp wallet, make sure to tap DONE in the top-right corner of your screen. Then, open the Beans App to complete the final confirmation.

⚠️ Important: If you do not confirm the withdrawal in the Beans App, the transaction will remain incomplete and your funds will not be transferred.

Processing Times

Once confirmed, funds will typically reach the destination account within 30 minutes to a few hours.

In rare cases, additional bank checks may delay the payment by up to 1 business day.
