Is my personal data secure with APS

Yes, APS adheres to strict data security standards to protect your personal information. All data is processed in compliance with regional regulations and is only used for verification and transaction purposes.

Why is identity verification (KYC) required

KYC (Know Your Customer) is mandatory to comply with regulatory standards and ensure a secure payment environment. You must complete the KYC process before initiating transactions.

What documents are required for KYC verification

To verify your identity, you’ll need to provide:

  • A valid government-issued ID (specific types vary by country)
  • Clear and legible copies of all required documents

You’ll also need to select the type and country of issuance for your ID.

Why might my KYC documents be rejected

KYC documents can be rejected for the following reasons:

  • The documents are unclear or fail to meet the specified requirements.
  • You reside in a region where our services are unavailable.

If your documents are rejected, you’ll receive an email with instructions for submitting new ones.

Reuploading the same rejected documents may result in account suspension.

How soon will my funds be available after a withdrawal

Typically, funds are credited within 30 minutes after confirmation. In rare cases, additional bank checks may delay the process by up to 1 business day.

Tips for Successful Transactions

  • Double-check card details: Ensure accuracy for card number, cardholder name, and expiration date.
  • Avoid suspicious activity: Refrain from making multiple transactions in a short period.
  • Check card restrictions: Some cards, like prepaid ones, may not support all transaction types.
  • If a transaction is rejected: Always check your email for updates about your transaction status.

What payment methods can I use

  1. Wire Transfer
    • Move funds securely between bank accounts.
    • Ideal for large transactions, especially for businesses.
    • Processing times vary depending on the banks and countries involved (usually a few days).
  2. Credit/Debit Cards
    • Supports Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards.
    • Instant processing, ideal for daily transactions.
    • Accepted widely both online and offline.
  3. E-wallets
    • Store payment information digitally for seamless online or in-store transactions.
    • Enables fast, secure, and contactless payments.
    • Easily link to cards or bank accounts for funding.
