At APS, account verification (KYC) is an essential process designed to ensure the safety of your funds and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. 

Below, we provide a detailed guide to help you complete the verification process efficiently.

  • Service Availability: Our service may not be available in all countries. If your country is unsupported, you will receive the message: "Country is not allowed."
  • Compliance: To protect your funds and adhere to regulations, we require you to verify specific personal information.
  • Accuracy Matters: Following instructions closely can speed up the verification process. Delays may occur if incorrect or incomplete documents are submitted.

Identity Verification Requirements

We need your first and last names to provide you access to our services. You can submit photos of valid

government-issued identification documents to verify your identity.


Ensure that your photos and documents meet these criteria:

  1. High-resolution, color photos
  2. Original images, no screenshots or graphic editing software
  3. Easily readable document with no flash or blurriness
  4. All four corners of the document are visible
  5. The document includes your signature
  6. The document remains undamaged and is valid for at least one month

We only accept documents written in Latin characters. Documents in Arabic, Hebrew, or Japanese without an English translation are not accepted.


Advanced Liveness Check Requirements

To verify your identity, complete the Advanced Liveness Check by following these requirements:

  • Perform the check in a well-lit environment
  • Follow on-screen instructions to capture facial movements
  • Ensure your face is clearly visible (no obstructions like glasses, hats, or masks)
  • Use a device with a functional camera


Ensure your submission:

  • Clearly shows your face with proper lighting
  • Follows all prompts without errors
  • Is captured in real-time (no pre-recorded videos or images)


Verification Timeline

The verification process typically takes between 1 minute and 1 business day.

Verification Outcomes

After submitting your documents, one of the following will occur:


  1. Successful Verification: Your documents are accepted, and you can proceed with payments.
  2. Resubmission Request: If your documents didn’t meet the requirements, you’ll receive an email with instructions to upload new files.
    Caution: Re-uploading the same documents may result in account suspension.
  3. Rejection: Your documents are not accepted due to living outside the service area or failure to meet criteria. Unfortunately, no further action can be taken.
